FAQ
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my booking?
Safety always comes first. If the weather conditions are not suitable for sailing, we’ll contact you in advance to reschedule your trip or offer a full refund.
Do I need a license to rent a boat?
Yes, for our boats you need the Licencia de Navegación (Titulín) or higher. If you don’t have one, you can still enjoy the sea by booking a trip with a skipper.
Can I rent a boat without a skipper?
Yes, as long as you have the required boating license (Titulín). If you don’t, we can offer you the option to go out with a skipper, subject to availability.
Are your boats pet friendly?
We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed on board. Thanks for your understanding!
Is fuel included in the price?
Fuel is not included. The cost of fuel depends on how far and how long you sail, and will be calculated after your trip.
What should I bring with me?
We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, swimwear, towels, and drinking water. You’re also welcome to bring snacks or a picnic.
Are there life jackets on board?
Yes, all safety equipment including life jackets is provided and on board at all times.
Where do I check in for my rental?
All departures are from Puerto Marina Palamós. We’ll send you the exact meeting point and instructions after booking.
